The "Mickey Mouse" Flower

I can truly say that this world we live in was full of wonderful things that need to be discover and proud of. The nature we have is a living proof for all that wondrous God's given gift to us. Last Christmas when I went home my attention was totally caught up with this particular flower that my mother had in her garden. It's amazed me for the reason that it was my first time to see this kind of flower I hesitated for a moment to call it a flower because it doesn't look like the usual flower but it's aesthetic is simply magnificent for me. When I asked my mother what's the name of that specie she instantly answered me "mickey mouse" and I was like "Wow!really!" the name suited for it. It do look like mickey mouse with it's protruded part like Mickey's  mighty ears. But my mother told me that this kind of flower is difficult to raise and it give her a hard time tending this plant but the hardwork was worth it  because it is such a wonderful creation and I believe in my mother for that.

I was thinking of bringing this flower when I go back in my work place but thinking about traveling may not good for it so, I just sit there for a moment while staring at it and thanking God for the gift of life He has given to this creation.
