Tsiboom Native Restaurant

I am so happy that I made my come back in the Zen inspired mall just what I promise to myself  but this time not to sip a cup of coffee but to eat! Al fresco dining were everywhere in that place but I preferred to try their native restaurant. And taking it's roots from the early settlers of the archipelago in the orient seas to today's Filipino's, native cooking is an all-time favorite definitely! nothing can beat our own style of cooking and that's what Tsiboom Native Restaurant is all about.Tsiboom serves a variety of Filipino food  from dinuguan (pork's blood dish), pinakbet (mixed vegetables in a fish paste), pochero (Filipino pork favourite), to other delectable dishes.

Dinuguan (pork's blood dish)

Tinolang manok (Native chicken soup)

Sisig (a Kapampangan dish)

I really like their Tinolang manok so native in style and taste plus not to mention that they also have an unlimited rice and iced tea. It's really a two thumbs up dinner for me. I also felt impressed with the owner of the restaurant because he was really hands-on on his business I saw him helping his crew serving the customers minus the uniform of course. And I think that is one of the key factors of making your business bloom.

Furthermore, Tsiboom promotes cultural preservations for Filipinos to crave for. Balikbayans are one of the people who often visit the restaurant and promote Filipino food in international setting.

Thus, eating at this kind of restaurant made my boyfriend and me think about our families and how we missed the dishes cooked especially by our beloved mother. It's being at home when you ate at this restaurant.
